Ms. Hebenstreit initially meets with the client in the home. The mood, clothing, size and placement within the home are discussed. During this time, numerous photos are taken in different settings and lighting situations that might make for an interesting composition. Once the size and price are agreed upon a 50% retainer is required.

Ms. Hebenstreit returns to the studio and creates a preliminary painting to scale which will be presented to the client for approval. With the acceptance of the preliminary, the artist will proceed with the painting.

The finished painting will be delivered to the client and the balance is due upon final approval and acceptance.
